- Always burning, traded or not — a fill adds reserve back, it never pauses the clock. Every ticker burns at the same rate, so rank is decided by who draws more net inflow, never by who listed first.
- Top 10 needs ≥ 8 holders
- Buying your own ticker gets you nowhere. Below the threshold it reads UNRANKED.
