By using SaaSDaq you agree to the nine clauses below. They are short because there is nothing more to say.

- 1 · This is a game
- SaaSDaq is a parody of a stock exchange. "Stock", "IPO", "market cap" and "market making" are game terms. They have nothing to do with real financial products or securities, do not represent any company's valuation, and do not reflect how any product is actually doing.
- 2 · $HYPE has no value
- $HYPE can only be obtained for free (a 1,000 sign-up grant and a daily claim). It cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another user, withdrawn or exchanged for anything of monetary value, and it may be adjusted, reset or zeroed at any time. The prizes are honour badges, profile titles and front-page slots.
- 3 · One person, one account
- Registering multiple accounts, sharing or selling accounts, trading with scripts or automation, and coordinated rank manipulation of any kind are all forbidden. The direct consequence is voided ranks and a restricted account — the credibility of the board is the only asset here.
- 4 · Economy parameters can change at any time
- The daily claim, reserve half-life, fees, per-product daily cap and similar parameters are hot-tunable knobs. We will adjust them whenever the health of the board calls for it, with no guarantee of advance notice. The value of your positions will move with them — that is the game mechanic, not a bug.
- 5 · We may restrict accounts
- Where we find fake accounts, rank manipulation, violating content or abuse, we reserve the right to restrict, freeze or delete any account, any product and any position without prior notice. Accounts found to be manipulating ranks keep neither their positions nor their placements.
- 6 · Third-party products and content
- Product names, icons and outbound links belong to their owners; this site only displays them. Listings may only be submitted by the owner or someone they authorised; the prohibited list lives in Rules, and removals and reports go through Delist (handled unconditionally within 24 hours).
- 7 · No warranty of any kind
- The site is provided "as is": it may break, lose data or shut down at any time, and a parameter change may evaporate your rank overnight. We make no guarantee about availability, data accuracy, or the correctness of any number on the screen.
- 8 · Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site. Because $HYPE has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, no change in the ledger constitutes a financial loss.
- 9 · Updates and contact
- When these terms are revised the effective date above changes with them, and continued use means you accept the new version. For trademark disputes, legal matters and account deletion requests, write to support@saasdaq.net. Content reports and removal requests belong in the form linked above — it comes with the 24-hour promise; email does not.
